COTTAGE WATCH – Property Check Services:
Cottage Works provides periodic scheduled security visits to your cottage, home, condo or boat that give you peace of mind while you’re not there. We provide a detailed, efficient, dedicated and professional operation that is second to none and monthly costs are usually less than one trip back and forth up north to your property. Cottage Works emails you a digital photo of your property and a report of all the items you would like us to keep an eye on within hours of our visit. An immediate call during our visit will be made if any problems have occurred.
You can be confident your property is being checked for;
· Internal temperature settings, propane level, water leaks, basement moisture on walls and floor, snow buildup on roofs, foundations, doors and patio sliders, vandalism, animal infestation, and possible storm damage.
Other tasks we complete during our visit.
· Run water taps, flush all toilets, confirm furnace cycles above set temperature and sump pump operation, if applicable.
Additional requested duties from past customers.
· Periodic driveway and walkway clearing, stored vehicle starts, idle and trickle charges, water plants, mail and newspaper retrieval, battery replacement for timing devices, mousetrap checks and rebating and security light bulb replacement
-Cottage Works can provide a 24/7 local contact for your alarm system/company.
-We can be a designated key holder to allow entry for authorized persons.
-Immediate/impromptu reporting service available to alleviate distress that will cost less than the gas it takes to drive up north. Immediate reporting with digital photos will keep you informed of the condition of your property or investment.
